I agree that the pandemic has led to an increase in the value of single-family homes. But, inexorably, the population is aging and that aging cohort is going to be a net seller of single-family homes. In my view, over time, single family home prices will revert to pre-pandemic levels (subject to some increase due to inflationary pressures).
