Given the current state of the GOP, It falls the Democrats to scream EVERY DAY for tax enforcement in a way that doesn't alienate middle class voters. Sadly, persistent, consistent and populist messaging seems to be beyond the capability of the current Democratic Party. Where is Bill Clinton when we need him?
